How are Bella Rosa Gardens roses shipped?

Bella Rosa Gardens ships all products from Nationwide Shipping/USA Collection Priority Overnight in the Continental US. Arrival time of your exquisite roses is 9am-12pm to most areas, 5pm to some rural areas. Please note, due to restrictions with the Fedex Priority Overnight service we are unable to deliver flowers on Sundays and Mondays. A flat shipping fee of $18 will be charged for all Voyageur products in the lower 48* Saturday deliveries incur additional $15. *Alaska and Hawaii require a shipping fee of $50. We do not offer international shipping.

Is signature required upon Delivery of the roses?

Bella Rosa Gardens packages do not require signature due to the fragility of the roses. Please note, by placing your order you agree to accept the package with no signature and you take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur (if the roses are stolen or the gate code, if any, is not provided). Please ensure the recipient is at the delivery address!

How long can I keep the roses in water tubes?

Water tubes are used for transportation purposes only. Roses should be cut and placed into water the day you receive them for optimal vase life.

How can I keep my roses fresh?

Please follow the Care Instructions below to make sure your roses stay fresh for a prolonged time. Dissolve the rose food into the vase filled with 3/4 of lukewarm water. Remove any leaves that may touch the water! * Cut 1/2-1 inch on a diagonal from the bottom of all stems and place them immediately into the vase. Top up the water at its original level every day. For optimum vase life (over 5 days), repeat these steps every 3 days, adding rose food to the water. Place the vase with roses in a cool, shady place, far from any source of heat or direct sunlight. CAUTION-be extremely careful of the thorns when handling the stems! *Use sharp, clean knife or shears to trim the stems. *Leaves will introduce bacteria to the water, causing roses to wilt more quickly.

The lifespan of roses can depend on many factors, where they are kept, the climate and how you look after them are but a few examples. Following our care instructions your fresh cut roses should stay fresh and stunning for 5-10 days based on rose variety and proper care and Forever roses should stay up to 3 years.
